Amsterdam Light. A to-do list

I love the feeling of being a newcomer & explorer to a city. Touristing might be fun at times and here’s my to-do list for a personal trip you might enjoy.

• Brouwerij aant’ij : windmill with craft beers, you can try great baby size beers (Funenkade 7, 1018 AL Amsterdam)

• Take ferry to NDSM
• Discover Amsterdam-Noord
• MOCO Museum
• IJburg Beach “Blijburg” (local very cheap student’s place to grab a beer)

• Trip to the shore: Zandvoort an Zee / 30 minuten von Amsterdam, ns.nl | Station Amsterdam Centraal — Zandvoort aan Zee | Retourticket: 10,80 Euro p.P.
• Cafe Welling, ”locals local retro bar”: Jan Willem Brouwersstraat 32, 1071 LK Amsterdam, Netherlands, cafewelling.nl
• Noordemarkt(Prinsengracht, organic food vintage market)
• Westerdasfabriek area in Westerpark: conversted into artsy creative spaces, markets, cultural events
• Harlemerdijk + Harlemerstraat: nice streets with shops and caffeees, the cool area
• Van Gogh museum
• Stedelijk: Modern Art Museum
• Leidsplain strees: pubs, cafees; Milkwey + Sugarfactory venue location (which are also cool)
• Bukovsky Bar, Amsterdam (oosterpark 10, 1092 AE Amsterdam)
• Ferry to Eye Passage (EYE Film institute) IJ
• Smoke: Northers Lights or White Widow
• Envy/Prinsengracht 381 high end restaurant
